Information we host

• Account and store details, including email, role, subscription status, store name, phone number, and address.
• Store reporting records, including sales, lottery, purchases, expenses, cash, banking, fuel, inventory, vendors, employee hours, notes, and report totals.
• Files such as receipts, images, and generated PDFs.
• Access and security information, including authentication events, hashed PIN verification data, browser or device details, timestamps, diagnostics, and session preferences.

Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not available to CStore Reporting in readable form. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, bank login credentials, health information, or other information that is not needed for store reporting.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide approved store access, save and calculate reporting, generate reports, maintain backups, answer support requests, and protect the service. Authorized users assigned to the same store may see store records according to their role.

We use service providers, including Google Firebase, for authentication, database hosting, and file storage. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own privacy and security terms.

Store responsibility and control

The store or business customer decides what information to enter and who may access it. The customer is responsible for having authority to submit employee, vendor, and business information, keeping it accurate, and limiting access to authorized users.

Data is retained while needed to operate the account, provide reports, maintain security and backups, or meet legal obligations. Account owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to identity verification and any required retention.

Security and contact

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect hosted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use strong passwords, protect employee and manager PINs, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
