CStore Reporting

Information used by the service

Depending on the features your store uses, CStore Reporting stores or processes:

Account details such as email, Firebase user ID, role, approval status, subscription tier, and session or security events. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not available to CStore Reporting in readable form.
Store details such as business name, phone number, address, assigned managers, employees, and vendors.
Store reporting data including sales, taxes, tenders, lottery, purchases, expenses, cash counts, bank in/out, fuel sales, gas inventory, price changes, game-machine records, notes, and generated totals.
Workforce and access data including employee names, phone numbers, hours, corrections, approvals, roles, security-question text, and hashed PIN or security-answer verification data.
Files and metadata such as receipts, images, generated PDFs, file names, upload dates, and related report dates.
Basic technical data needed to operate and protect the service, such as browser or device type, IP address, timestamps, authentication events, diagnostics, and locally stored session preferences.

Your store's data

Your store keeps ownership of the information it enters. You authorize CStore Reporting and its service providers to host, organize, calculate, display, back up, and export that information only as needed to provide and secure the service. We do not sell store reporting data or use it for targeted advertising.

Authorized business use

You must be authorized to create an account for the store and to enter information about employees, vendors, and store operations. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted information and for giving any notices or obtaining any permissions required by your business or applicable law.

Account security

Keep account passwords and employee or manager PINs confidential. Do not share access outside the store's authorized team. Notify CStore Reporting promptly if you believe an account, PIN, or device has been compromised.

Responsible data entry

Do not enter Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, bank login credentials, health information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for store reporting. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Reports and service availability

Reports and calculations depend on the information entered by your store and should be reviewed for accuracy. CStore Reporting is an operational reporting tool, not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, or financial advice. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages, security work, or events outside our control.

Subscriptions, access, and acceptable use

Portal features depend on the approved subscription tier. Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, attempts to disrupt or bypass the service, or violation of these terms. You may not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another store's data.

Retention, changes, and contact

Data is retained while needed to operate the store account, provide requested reports, maintain security and backups, or meet legal obligations. Terms may be updated as the service changes; material updates will be presented when required. Questions, account requests, or data requests can be sent to cstorereporting-info@cstorereporting.com.
